Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver island-wide via Daraz Express (DEX).

• Colombo area: within 24 hours of dispatch
• Rest of the island: 48–72 hours of dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during public holidays or peak sale periods.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,500
• A flat rate of Rs. 350 applies to orders below Rs. 3,500

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders, alongside card and Buy Now Pay Later options at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched, including a tracking number where available. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account.

Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout — incorrect details are the most common cause of delayed or failed deliveries. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, or arrived damaged, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
